Supporting Teenagers 16+ and Adults in North Carolina
Find your way back to yourself.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stretched too thin, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and build the confidence to prioritize your own well-being without guilt.
Supporting you as you create a lief guided by your values, not just the expectations of others.
Hi, I’m Brock
I'm so glad you're here. I'm passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges with compassion, curiosity, and a little self-compassion along the way. I became a therapist because I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and learning their stories. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, supported, and accepted without judgment, and I strive to create that kind of environment for every client I work with.
My goal is to provide a space where you can show up as your authentic self and know you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Therapy isn't about having all the answers or saying the "right" thing. It's about having a place to be honest, gain insight, and grow at a pace that feels right for you. Along the way, we'll celebrate your progress, build on your strengths, and work toward the life you want to create. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling a little lighter, more understood, and more confident in yourself.
Meet Charlie, Brock’s In-Training Therapy Dog
Charlie is the definition of a sweetheart. This affectionate, silly, and loving 3-year-old Yorkie brings a big personality in an 8-pound package! Named after Charlie Brown from Peanuts, he loves meeting new people, giving kisses, curling up on your lap, and making everyone feel welcome.
Charlie is currently in training to become an Animal-Assisted Therapy dog and is already enjoying spending time at the office meeting new people. When he gets especially excited, he lets out his signature little howl to say hello. He also loves car rides and his favorite toy pigs that make an "oink" sound, which he proudly shakes with all his might. Whether he's offering cuddles or making you smile with his playful antics, Charlie can't wait to meet you!
My Approach
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are, without pressure to have all the answers or know where to begin. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, recognize the strengths you already have, and build practical tools that support lasting growth.
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. I'll meet you where you are, encourage you along the way, and help you gain insight into patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
I enjoy working with teens ages 16+, college-aged students, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, family and relationship concerns, school or career challenges, grief, self-esteem and body image concerns, trauma, and suicidal thoughts. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop healthy coping strategies, and build confidence as you navigate life's ups and downs.
